Hello everyone!

I found this coin and I don't know where it's from or how old it is.Please help me identify it.

Bronze,~29mm diameter ,~4mm thick.

It's a very worn bronze sestertius from the emperor Marcus Aurelius (161-180AD).
Reverse type : Fortuna standing, raising fold of tunic with l. hand, holding rudder in r. hand...
Type ref : RIC 1328, Cohen 693
