Questiondoes anyone have recommendations on websites that are reliable sources for gold and silver coins?  or cautions on sites that are less than reliable?  I'm very new to gold investing and looking for good resources and sources of information.

I have heard good things about apmex.com, I think Kitco.com is good, and pretty sure tulving.com is good as well...

Silverhawk & Coldshot,
Thanks very much for the information.  I'll be happy to reference you when I call Monaco.

www.apmex.com is reliable.  Also if you pick the right seller you can buy gold at a steal.

This is the massive one once shopping for on-line, particularly through auction sites. There ar plenty of fakes and counterfeits current the market, particularly as interest in gold and silver booms. a number of these fakes ar of such top quality that it is tough to tell apart them from the important issue. If it's dubious, or too smart to be true, then steer clear.
