This is a coin I haven't been able to ID.  Any help?

Clearly something, that is intented to look like a Roman denarius, including the legend beginning with SPQR "Senātus Populusque Rōmānus ("The Senate and People of Rome").

If it is not in any official Roman coin catalogue, my best guess is, that it is one of those fantasy issues, that are sold to tourists coming to Italy (or maybe Turkey, or any other mediterrenean country, where Romans were) on holiday. I have seen a number of these over the years, some better than others.
