Need an experienced collectors help here.
I am sending in a coin for the 1st time and am not sure what service level to select. I have a coin with doubling but am not sure what type of doubling it is which is why I am sending it in to be looked over by experts.
If I send in what I think is an error coin (lets say to PCGS) for $65 mint error grading and it turns out to be a rarity will the service fee change automatically or will I be contacted to ask if I want to upgrade service? If it is mechanical doubling will that change how it needs to be graded?
If I declare a value under what it is worth will that be a problem (apparently the value of the coin with NGC/pcgs determines how much the grading fee is + the 1%)? Thanks in advance! |
