Coin value on PCGS form?

so I have a coin that I need to have attributed and I want to go with PCGS but from what I have been told and read, this ereor coin is rare and I cannot find a value on the coin. It is a 2003 Philadelphia Lincoln memorial penny that has a Rim restricted design duplication and no it is NOT a vice job. Just to put that out there. Any ideas of value? Thanks in advance?
