I am new to this forum. I recently inherited what I think is a rare coin and since I am not a collector I will eventually sell it, but I don't know what would be a fair price. This is a 1909 VDB Lincoln wheat cent with the date showing as "190". The last 9 is completely missing. I only know it should be a "9" because that was the first year for this variety of penny. The coin was obviously in circulation, but all the features are still visible. Here is one photo. The focal point in these photos is small, so parts of the coin that appear blurred in one photo are clear and distinct in another. Does anyone have any idea what a fair value of this coin would be or how I could get it appraised? Here are links for larger versions of this and other photos of the coin:
